Recruitment and Deployment Process for Overseas Employment
1. Portfolio Submission
Candidates must submit the required documents, including:
- Passport photo
- Identity Card (KTP)
- Birth Certificate
- Family Card (KK)
- Latest Diploma
- Work Experience Certificate
- Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK) for the destination country
- 4×5 size photo with white background (4 sheets)
- 5×5 photo size with white background (for pro support work requirements in Japan)
2. Portfolio Review
Submitted documents will be reviewed to ensure completeness and accuracy. The result will be marked as Approved (OK) or Not Approved (Not OK).
3. Pre-Interview
An initial screening interview to assess the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and suitability for the position.
4. Final Interview
A detailed interview conducted by the employer or recruitment team to evaluate skills, attitude, and job readiness.
5. Selection Result
Candidates will be informed whether they pass or fail the selection process. Those who pass will proceed to the next steps.
6. Medical Examination
Candidates must undergo a medical check-up at an authorized hospital to ensure they are fit for work.
7. Work ID and Pre-Departure Process
- Issuance of a Work-Ready ID
- Processing of Placement Permit (PP)
- Parental Consent Letter (signed and acknowledged by the local community leader)
- PP verification by the City/Provincial Manpower Office (Disnaker)
- Validation of all required documents
- Visa processing
- Flight ticket issuance
- Overseas Placement Preparation (OPP) / KTKLN Process
- Departure Training
8. Departure
Once all requirements are completed, the candidate will proceed with final deployment to the destination country.
